Over the years, I’ve built a following of more than 650,000 people across social media by sharing practical insights on communication skills in a way that benefits your everyday social life and relationships.
My work has reached over 100 million views online, resonating with people who want to improve how they think, speak, and show up in the world.
I’m also the proud founder of the Men’s Wellness Club - a free community created as a safe space for men to open up, gain confidence, and build meaningful connections.

MY STORY
1) The Dream That Started It All
From a young age, I always felt called to inspire people. I didn’t fully know what that would look like, but I knew I wanted to make a positive impact. While still in school, I started my first YouTube channel and began sharing videos online. At first, it wasn’t easy. People laughed, judged, and even played my videos out loud in class for everyone my crushes to see. It was uncomfortable and at times, embarrassing. But I kept going...
2) My Lowest Point
When I left school, I went all in on chasing my dream of becoming a YouTuber. I grew to over 15,000 subscribers and truly believed I could build something meaningful from it. But not long after, I was hit with some difficult news and the confidence I had spent years building slowly disappeared. I began doubting everything: my ability, my direction and even who I was.
Even content creation, the thing that once felt so natural to me, suddenly felt impossible. There was a period where I genuinely didn’t think I would ever come back to it...
3) A Moment That Changed Me
I’ll never forget one specific day, February 10th. I was standing in my room, staring at a pair of weights I’d bought months earlier but never really used. I’d always been too intimidated to step into a gym, and truthfully, I had no idea what I was doing.
But I picked them up and just started lifting. And as I moved through each rep, I noticed all my heavy thoughts I was carrying inside had somewhere else to go.
When I finished, I stood in front of the mirror and smiled. For the first time in my life, I made a promise to myself that I was going to finally rebuild my confidence...

I know how lonely it can feel when you’re trying to build your confidence, and become someone you’ve never been before.
Growing up, there are so many important things we’re never really taught - how to build confidence, how to improve your social skills, how to navigate relationships, and how to handle the tougher moments in life. I had to learn those lessons the hard way, through lot's of self-work.
That’s a big part of why I created The Men’s Wellness Club - a space where men can learn, grow, talk openly, and support each other without judgement.
It’s also why I show up online every day, sharing the lessons and habits I’ve built over the past 5 years - not because I have it all figured out, but to help others become more confident, transform their lives, and live the happier and healthier lives we all deserve.
